What I do:
I’m a mortgage adviser who helps people sort out their home finances during divorce or separation. Having been through it myself, I know how overwhelming it can feel — so I bring no jargon, no judgment, just practical solutions at a time when everything feels complicated.
I help clients explore their options: buying out a partner, keeping the family home, starting fresh, or simply figuring out what’s affordable on one income. I can also provide mortgage capacity reports that show exactly what someone can borrow solo — often helpful in court proceedings.
Divorce is stressful enough without having to decode mortgage requirements. I take time to understand each situation, explain everything in plain English, and make sure you feel supported, not rushed, while making some pretty big decisions about your future.
