What I do:
I help couples navigate the legal issues that arise out of separation. This includes divorce, dealing with financial issues including property and pensions and arrangements for children. I like to work amicably and collaboratively wherever possible as I find that this can help to preserve a working relationship between people (which is especially important when there are children involved) and keeps focussed on the real issues at hand.
