The Divorcée: Doubting

"I'm not happy, but I'm not sure what to do about it! Should I stay? Should I go? What would that even look like?" This is a really big decision, and it can be scary to even think about! And often quite lonely as we don't know where to turn for guidance - this is a great place to start. I will never be able to answer the question for you, but in this program you will learn how to answer it yourself.

The Fears

I get it. The thought of getting a divorce can be scary AF!

In this lesson you will learn:
  • why all these fears come up;
  • to recognise, honour, and deal with the fears; and
  • a 3-step process you can follow for addressing them.
I also address some of the common fears that I hear regularly.

Honoring Yourself

Your wants, needs, and desires matter. Your happiness matters. If you're not happy in your marriage, it's time to change that - either within the relationship, or perhaps by stepping away. But you deserve happiness.

In this lesson you will learn that
  • You deserve a relationship that feels GOOD.
  • You can trust yourself to make this decision.
  • How to start listening to your intuition and finding the answers within you.

Divorce is NOT a failure

As a society, we have this narrative that divorce means your marriage "failed". That somehow, if you get divorced, you've failed at the thing you’re “supposed to do”, which is find your person and get married and stay with them forever. And that can bring a lot of shame along with it.

In this lesson you will learn that:
  • Divorce does not mean failure
  • Divorce does not mean you’re unlovable
  • Divorce can be a force for positive change
